How the WordPress connection works
- The agent installs Cogniterra's WordPress plugin once, on their existing site.
- Cogniterra scans the site to learn the agent's market, brokerage, niches, and tone.
- New articles are drafted from real local market signals, grounded in data like Zillow Research metro-level indicators.
- Each draft goes to the agent's phone via Telegram for approval — only approved drafts reach the plugin.
- The plugin publishes the approved article directly into the site's existing blog, in the site's existing theme.
Not locked into WordPress
For agents on other platforms, Cogniterra also supports publishing via a private RSS feed or a JSON API — the plugin is the WordPress-specific path, not the only one.
